Elevating fire safety through exceptional B2B e-commerce UX
NAFFCO, headquartered in Dubai, is a global leader in the production and supply of top-tier firefighting equipment, fire protection systems, fire alarms, and security and safety engineering systems. It operates as a B2B e-commerce website, offering innovative solutions to protect life, environment, and property.
Problem
Naffco’s B2B e-commerce website, catering to end-users seeking pumps, faced usability issues and lacked a cohesive design language. Despite having wireframes with defined flows and a style guide, the website's navigation and user experience (UX) were not optimized. Additionally, the inquiry process for users was cumbersome, impacting user engagement and satisfaction.
Solution
Our team executed a comprehensive approach to enhance the website’s UX design:
Created wireframes to define user flows and navigation for both customers and admins.
Incorporated the client's style guide/brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the Naffco’s branding.
Enhanced the inquiry process for users searching for pumps, making it smoother and more intuitive.
Overhauled admin flows including user management, stock management, inquiries management, and sales order processing to improve efficiency and usability.
