Project overview

Making mental health solutions
accessible with a user-friendly website

First Tracks offers a digital-first mental health system focused on providing employers with a mental healthcare benefits solution. Their approach aims to get people better faster, emphasizing accessibility and effectiveness in mental health care.

Problem

The existing website design for the client lacked alignment with their brand's identity and failed to meet their aesthetic standards. With only two pages to work with, the challenge was to create a visually appealing and cohesive user experience that accurately reflected the brand's design language. Furthermore, the initial versions of the homepage lacked clarity and consistency, requiring multiple iterations to achieve the desired outcome.

Solution

To address the design challenges, our team embarked on a simple yet impactful website redesign project. By closely analyzing the client's requirements and referencing their brand guidelines, we revamped the design of the two pages to align with their aesthetic preferences.

We improved the look and feel by defining iconography and a color theme that resonated with the brand's identity. Despite the limited scope, we dedicated thorough attention to detail, ensuring that each element adhered to the brand's design language.

Through iterative development and collaboration with the client, we refined the homepage design, exploring multiple versions before arriving at the final iteration that met both the client's expectations and the project's objectives.
