Syncromine is a part of Mineware that is a Data Dumping project where multiple modules of mining are implemented. Mineware provides the complete mining solution with the latest technology along with that providing maintenance and support.

Problem

Mineware wanted Galaxy to redesign its existing web app while maintaining its product identity and user flow. Galaxy identified the key project challenges to make an appropriate and effective approach.


  • Eliminate the identified UX inefficiencies of the old web app such as poor navigation, inefficient information structuring.

  • Designing a solution that can cater to the requirements of all kinds of users.

  • Redesigning the product experience while maintaining Mineware’s brand identity.

Solution


  • Galaxy followed the user-centric approach for designing.

  • Prepared the Information Architecture (IA) for the existing system and proposed the restructured IA.

  • Worked on the navigation bar along slide Style guide preparation with color palette, typography, and iconography.

  • Designed wireframes which gave better understanding of Navigation and UI components.

  • Re-Designed the System admin module and Open pit module by enhancing the features and functionalities.
