Solution

Firstly, we took an initial understanding of LatchAid, its vision,goals, and project requirements and then moved to the
research phase. This phase consisted of extensive research and analysis of the target users and competitors to identify user
needs, behaviors, and improvement areas. Based on this, we drafted user stories and created user flows to ensure people
can perform actions easily.

A Once the UI designs were finalized, we developed interactive prototypes to ensure the solution worked properly in different
environments. The entire process was in-sync with timely reviews by the LatchAid team to allow for regular iteration of the design to obtain an optimum end product.
