Problem

Juara, a skincare brand with a global presence, embarked on a website revamp project to address usability issues and inconsistencies across its e-commerce platform. Despite its popularity in multiple countries, the website faced challenges in delivering a seamless user experience (UX) and maintaining a uniform look and feel across different regions.
