The Challenge

Pronovos aimed to expand its analytics capabilities by migrating another labor-intensive, spreadsheet-driven process into its platform. The core challenge was translating complex construction and labor data into dashboards that supported quick understanding and confident decision-making for non-technical enterprise users. 

At the same time, the analytics experience needed to remain scalable and visually consistent as Pronovos continued to expand its product offerings, making long-term design consistency a critical requirement.
