The Challenge

HTCAA needed a unified experience across web, Android, and iOS platforms to better serve its large trail riding community. The existing website had poor navigation, and users struggled to find relevant resources. 

Additionally, the admin portal required an optimized workflow to efficiently manage community requests, while maintaining a consistent, brand-aligned experience across all touchpoints.
